Crates help you fulfill orders with ease.  The colour and icons on the crates are the indicators for their item groups.

They drop chained items, and you can break the chains by merging or using your Chain Breaker.

If you need high-level items, we recommend you use Crates. They have a higher drop rate than regular spawners and don't have a cooldown period, so you can use them without waiting.
