If your game is too slow to play, please follow the instructions below:
- Close and restart your device, then enter the game.
- Make sure that your game and your device are up-to-date.
If the issue persists, please send us a message through the game by selecting Settings⚙️ > Message Icon (on the right hand side of the screen), describe the issue in detail, and provide the following information:
- What actions slow the game (opening the game itself, making merges, watching energy-rewarded ads, watching in-between ads, completing a home design task, opening the shop, making a purchase, etc.)
- The first time you noticed the problem (after updating the game, when reinstalling it, etc.)
